Care
Each Cover is unique and handmade with love. No Cover will be identical due to the cut of the tartan.
Virgin wool naturally repels stains, odors and creases. However, if you do end up with a stain on your Harris Tweed Cover, avoid harsh chemicals and cleaners. Do not rub the cloth too hard. With soapy water, use a sponge or cloth to gently rub the stain. Lay flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry as this will shrink the Cover.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt, provided products are in unused, perfect and fully re-saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging. If products are not returned in such condition, or 14 days has gone by since your purchase it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your refund is approved you will be credited the cost of your item excluding delivery charges. Postage charges and insurance are at the customer's own cost and responsibility, unless the item is faulty. A faulty item is classified as such if it has been received damaged.
Should your item not arrive in perfect condition it is the customer's responsibility to contact me with images within 48 hours of receipt. After this time I cannot be held responsible for products that are no longer in my care.
International Returns
International returns are subject to the same conditions as domestic returns where return postage is at the customer's own cost and insurance is their responsibility.
In the event that an item has been unable to be delivered and as a result returned, I will contact the purchaser to either resend the item or refund the purchase, minus the original postage charge. An additional postage charge will be required if an item is resent.
